Video Conferencing

To make our conferences more accessible and inclusive, Research Conferences offers a video conferencing option for participants who are unable to attend in person. This ensures that researchers, scholars, and professionals from around the world can share their work and engage in discussions, regardless of location.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Submit your presentation slides (PPT) in advance.
  2. Download the www.zoom.us (available for desktop, tablet, or mobile).
  3. Create a free Zoom account at www.zoom.us.
  4. We will send you a meeting invite with the link, Meeting ID, and Password.
  5. Before joining, check your camera, microphone, and internet connection.
  6. During the session, you will be able to share your screen and present your research.
  7. You may leave the meeting at any time once your presentation is complete.
